Use the Brightwheel app to manage your account, view daily updates, and stay in touch with staff. You can complete and submit required forms, review important documents, make payments, and receive messages and announcements—all in one place.
We’re so glad you’re considering Birdie’s Nest Child Care Center and Preschool for your family. Whether you’re looking for infant care, toddler programs, or preschool, our admissions process is simple and designed to help you feel confident every step of the way.
To begin, we recommend reaching out to check current availability and schedule a tour. This gives you a chance to see our space, meet our team, and ask any questions you may have. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll walk you through the enrollment process and provide any forms or paperwork you need.
Who We Partner With
We love and appreciate all of our wonderful community partners. We currently work with the following partners:
Davenport Community School District: Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program
HK Pediatric Therapy:
We partner with them to provide pediatric therapy to the children in our care. Services include but are not limited to speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy.
Quad Cities Music Therapy:
We work with music therapists who come to the center and provide our children with music therapy services.
Iowa Child Care Resource and Referral:
We work with them to host trainings and continuing education opportunities for our staff. We are also rated 3 with Iowa Quality for Kids.
Iowa Head Start:
We work with Head Start as a partner site to provide early childhood education to our community.
Iowa AEYC:
Our owner is a co-chair for the Professional Engagement Group for quality care in Iowa.
