• At Birdie’s Nest all staff working with children qualify for the Child Care Assistance Pilot Program which means almost all of your child care fees are covered.
• We partner with T.E.A.C.H. Iowa to help cover the costs of college tuition for our employees. 
• We also partner with Wage$ Iowa to allow our staff twice a year bonuses totalling up to $11,000. 
• We offer flexible scheduling with all nights, weekends, and major holidays off.
